Frame: Kiln dried, laminated and selected hardwoods, precision machined. The double doweled joints are corner blocked, glued, and screwed into position for strength.
Seat Deck: Double cone coil springs that are eight-way hand tied and secured to full polypropylene webbing which is reinforced with steel bands that run from front rail to back rail and from side rail to side rail. Interior Filling: Pattern cut urethane foam that is padded with 10oz. felt polyester fibers, assuring the important qualities of comfort, loft, resilience, and good recovery Outside: For quality tailoring and durability, the outsides are padded with strong bonded fibers.
